Great salad options. Same great food as there was in 2015 when I worked in the CBD before, but there is something missing... oh yeah, its the manager/expediter that used to mix your salad, make conversation with the customer and keep the crew in good spirits.Still good, but I miss the guy helping to brighten everyone's day.

Really nice wrap. The soup was a little disappointing

TERRIBLE customer service experience. Quality of the food does not make up for it. I called a pick-up order for a meeting. Not only were they late, there were a few items missing in my order. I called to complain because it is something that has happened before. They were supposed to deliver the missing items but after two hours I had to call again because they never did. Finally, after two and a half hours they brought the items missing from the original order. HOWEVER, there was still one item missing!! Just unbelievable. I didn't waste my time calling again and just wrote a review instead. Think twice before ordering specially for business events.

My experience in the past has been good at city greens. The food is always delicious. This past time, however, I ordered the chopped salad and they were out of avocado. When they asked if I want something else to replace it I asked if I could replace it with chicken. They said that is a premium meat so I still got charged the full price of the salad plus the premium meat. I thought that was a bit petty.

Thought it was great there was finally a healthy option at NOLA airport. 3 times I’ve been disappointed. One time they had two people there but neither could checkout that cash register and said I needed to come back in 30 min. Today there was a line, 2 people working, only 1 was making the food and she kept pulling her phone out and texting IN FRONT OF EVERYONE! She also kept ducking to the back (I can only imagine to continue texting on her phone). Waited in line (with only 5 people ahead of me) for 30 min before I had to leave because my flight was boarding. Don’t bother if you’re flight boards within 30 min because you won’t get your food. Such a disappointment.

This place recently opened in the CBD. A friend told me about it. Absolutely delicious made to order fresh salads and wraps. It's a popular and convenient lunch only spot. The food is fresh, diverse & organic. I had the salad of the day which was vegan-- yum. I so glad this place opened and glad greens are popular in the city. I will definitely be back!

Really friendly and helpful girl at Elmwood location. And patient, we’d never been here and had a million questions. The ingredients we could see her putting on were fresh and real, not fake gunk. We loved both soups! I forget the name of each one but I’m picky and they were both quality ingredients and delicious. She added cheese on top if we wanted- real cheese, and offered a small side of fresh sourdough bread that was so good! The wrap was huge and really good. I went back the same afternoon for a cup of the soup to take home. The price was reasonable. There was a counter with water and cups available and lemon wedges. The water tasted filtered. Very clean place too.

Great place! I had the seared tuna avocado salad and it was phenomenal! Service was good too, everyone was friendly. I love the "big-city" vibe I felt inside the restaurant.

This was a great non fried option. I frequent a place back home like this called Chopt.

Fantastic! I am a big fan of fresh salads and this place has awesome ingedients and is quick. The employees are efficient and keep you moving through the line.

Salads are ok but need to try their organic juices.

Great atmosphere if a little hard to find at first. The selection of ingredients is awesome, and the pricing for what you get is pretty fantastic when you factor in overhead

One of my favorite meals in new orleans! We had city greens cater the morning of the wedding and they did not disappoint! Being vegan in new orleans is hard but city greens made it delicious and for the first time all trip I felt full (hello real protein) Plus they made my favorite cup of sweet tea all trip. All the non vegans also loved their chicken wraps and not a single wrap was leftover for the groom that night

Ate here while visiting NOLA . Our whole group loved it and all wished we had one at home. Delicious, fresh, salads and wraps. Highly recommend.

I only ate here once. The food was expensive and flavorless. Nothing fresh! I must have been the first customer of the day, because a bunch of employees were standing around looking like they weren't sure what they should be doing. I saw no menu, and was not offered one. I was greeted at the door by a friendly employee, but not offered any advice as to where to find a menu. They all just looked at me like I was an alien. Except for the cashier. She didn't want to be there. She was pretty rude. I got what looked like a promising little bowl of pasta out of a refrigerated case. It was bland, overcooked, soggy and quite disgusting. For a place called "City Greens" one would think you could find something decent and fresh.

Spent $15 dollars on a small salad. Way over priced for what you get ,never will I go there again!

Great place to go for a healthy, tasty salad with options in the CBD.

One of the few healthy options downtown. Always pretty tasty but perhaps slow down and put just slightly more care into the preparation of each salad.

salads are fine, but they are overpriced for what you get. I would much prefer to go to Welty's 3 blocks away where you can get double the salad (with higher quality) for an extra dollar or two.

Pretty pricey for what it is. Salads are quick but they aren't anything to write home about. Friendly staff too. Good for a quick bite which is what I do with it.

Good spot for a healthy lunch in the CBD. The BBQ chicken wrap is excellent.Tip: To avoid a wait, place your order online and show up 10 minutes after it is supposed to be ready. They get extremely busy during lunch.

I absolutely love this place. The wraps are delicious and very very filling. I can only eat half. No guilt heading here for lunch on occasion😘

Good. Light cuisine and tasty.

I got a tuna salad here that had two, small strips of tuna in it for a whole big bowl of greens. And the dressing wasn’t good. Then I got a turkey wrap that tasted pretty good but had about three small pieces of turkey in it for a huge wrap. Are the owners of this place broke and trying to stay afloat, or is this just a good old fashioned rip off? I do not recommend this place. To the restaurant- why are you so stingy with the protein? Its horribly tacky and ruins your otherwise tasty food.

If you are looking for a fast and healthy option, City Greens is the place. You can build your custom salad or pick one of their delicious options on the menu. Their press juices are just as good.

Cute place and good food.. but when you specifically go to a juice bar and they are OUT of juice .. it's very disappointing! 😭

Always good for a delicious lunch salad or wrap. Get her before 11:30 am to avoid the lunchtime rush, which can get long!! Really efficient servers and outdoor seating make this a great spot for social lunches or a salad to go

Wonderful options. Tasty food. Fresh, nutritious and filling! I do wish they gave out little paper lists to the customers to fill out for the build-your-own options. The choices are so numerous that it is difficult to make up your mind on the spot

Great service, fresh enough, but a bit pricey if you're not careful.Ordered a build your own and the price is $8.95 with no meats and only four standard toppings. I added avocado and brussel sprouts for $2.00 ea. and went over the four count by four. The standard options I paid for were things like carrots and cucumbers and red onions. This crazy overage cost me an extra four bucks. My salad ended up costing me $18.95 with tip included. Ouch!!!

The food here is healthy (if you want it to be) and fresh and the line moves quickly even during the lunch rush.

This is great healthy option for a quick lunch. Good food at reasonable prices, good value. Professional, efficient, courteous service. Earth-friendly packaging. Tasty, creative salads. Very cool that they grow their own produce. Good for you, good for the planet. If I lived here I would be a regular.

Always get a delicious meal at City Greens

The food was SUPER good but we felt it was way over priced like many "healthy" food places. I don't think it was worth over $30 just for a wrap, salad and 2 drinks. Could have also been high priced because it was in a business building

Delicious and fresh, it doesn't get much better than this. Eat like this during the week and the weekend indulgences are easier to maintain.

Originally had a salad from here when I came to interview at the time I was questioning what is all the hoopla. However, now that I’m here, I went back and got another one. Delicious 🤤. There just a right amount of dressing added so you have the full flavor of the veggies and chicken. 👍🏽 will return
